How should I send my document to you?

We recommend that all customers use a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt. At a minimum recorded delivery will provide some peace of mind that we have received the document. Royal Mail Special delivery or a next day courier service will avoid any delays and should provide you with a guarantee and some insurance for your document. If you are sending a document from outside of the UK then we would suggest using a reputable courier like DHL or FedEx.

Please send your document by your preferred method. We receive many documents via normal first class post every day without problem. However, when documents have failed to reach our office it has caused some customers considerable inconvenience and delays. They are your documents so please choose the delivery method that you are most comfortable with.
