Can I arrange for my own courier to collect the documents on completion?

Unfortunately the answer is no. We only despatch documents using our preferred couriers charged at the prevailing rate. We know from experience that when clients try to arrange collections using their own courier it invariably adds to our in-house administration. Shipping bills need completing, packaging is not supplied, incorrect account numbers are supplied, some couriers require letters clearly stating that you have authorised the collection to be charged to your account. We have previously spent a considerable amount of time emailing clients and contacting courier firms which delays other client’s orders.

Therefore we use DHL of FedEx and arrange for shipments to be charged to our account. The couriers know our company and know the best time to collect from our office. This keeps our service efficient for all clients.
